The league, which is under the organization of the Greater Accra Basketball Association, is played on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and will showcase teams in the Accra and Tema metropolis, with both the male and female competing for honours.

Two games on Friday, same venue as earlier – CEPS takes on Warriors whiles Fire Service plays Police then on Saturday, June 26 2010, 2pm at the Prisons court, Cantonments, C.Y.O lock horns with Reformers, Hoops engages Magic and Turbo Jet plays Lions in a match expected to generate fireworks.
