ABUSCO MAKES WAY FOR POJOSS

Abuakwa State College has been banned from participating in the 2010 Sprite Ball Championship after they fielded an unqualified player.

Pope John’s field a protest against the school for fielding arguably the tournament’s best player Prince Charles whom they accused of not been a student of the Kibi-based school.

The disciplinary committee say they’ve found the school culpable and have seen banned them from taking part in the much-awaited 2010 Sprite Ball Championship.

However the DC was silent on the next line of action to be taking against the school for such an embarrassing scenario.

Meanwhile host Koforidua Secondary Technical School (K.S.T.S) have been declared winners in the Eastern region while Pope John’s takes the second spot.

Both have therefore qualified for the grand finale slated for the El-Wak stadium December 22nd-23rd, 2010.

This is one embarrassing situation which is expected to irk of fans.
