Four set-up semi final clash

Four basic schools have booked their place in the knockout phase of the ongoing Central regional 2011 Milo Junior Ball Championship on Friday.

Favourite Catholic Jubilee Junior High School will battle Philip Quaque in the first semi-final game before St Nicholas take on George Ekem Ferguson at the Hoops Care International basketball court in the other semi-final meeting.

Many have tipped Jubilee and St Nicholas for the finals following their dominant display so far in the competition and it remains to be seen if they will lived up to that billing.

It’s been pretty exciting with crazy basketball fans singing and shouting to support their respective teams as the penultimate round of matches reaches home stretch.

Adrenalin is pumping high with keen interest on which schools can eventually ink the title in front of a packed crowd.

BASKETBALLghana.com will continue to update you on what happens at the semi-final stage.

The 2011 Milo Junior Ball Championship is brought to you by Nestle Milo – the energy food drink of future champions.
