Presec beat Mfantsipim to make final berth


In-form Presbyterian Boys Senior High have have set-up a final clash against Keta Senior High in the 2014 Sprite Ball Championship after beating champions Mfantsipim 18-8.

Inspired by Iwuni, the Accra-based proved too powerful for the three-time champions with some delectable game that thrilled the many fans who ave converged at the El-Wak stadium.

It was obvious from the blast of the whistle that the defending champions had a game on their hands against a side which has been overly impressive from the start of the competition.

Pundits touted them as one of the sides capable of winning the title after they mesmerized their opponent during the Greater Accra qualifiers on December 24, 2013.

They have since never looked back with performances that has excited many of their teeming fans.

For Mfantsipim, they may have lost out on making it four out of four, but they showed amazing team spirit and still a team to beat in the next couple of years.
