Over the weekend, Tudu Magic’s game against defending champions and league leaders Braves of Customs was called off by referees who per reports gathered by, had difficulty tracking the game due to poor lighting at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

The week prior to last weekend’s round of games also had Fire Service game against Magic called off for the same reason at the same location. It must be noted games at the league’s other venue, Prisons Court in Cantonments, has had no problems honoring late games.

Magic Coach and 2016 Ghana Basketball Awards nominee James Okine is reportedly upset with happenings in the league that has cost his side momentum. Magic and Fire Service have played four games respectively but leaders Tema Youth has played four more games in the season.
