American College Basketball Analyst Stephen Bardo has expressed enormous satisfaction in the aftermath of a basketball clinic organized earlier today at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu with participants drawn mainly from Tudu Galaxy Basketball Academy.
The former NBA Guard who played for Dallas Mavericks and Detroit Pistons, spent time with young players from the West African nation taking them through drills on fundamental aspects of the game and off court traits such as discipline.
Speaking exclusively to Basketballghana.com, the former player turned Broadcaster was delighted with the output of the participants.
“It’s been unbelievable its my first time in Africa…I have been very surprised. The players work hard, they are fundamentally skilled and they listen very well so I am having a great time. My expectations have been exceeded. A lot of them have good skills some of them need to work and that’s okay because they are younger and younger players have to work on their game” he said.
The clinic had some of Ghana’s bright prospects participating including Point Guard Raymond Affram.
