Prempeh College will face off in the quarterfinals of the 2018 Sprite Ball Championship against Mfantsipim School on Saturday January 6 at the El Wak Stadium in Accra.

The marquee game is one of four games in the first phase of the knockout stage and sees Group B winners Prempeh College take on Group A runner up Mfantsipim.

Prempeh is yet to lose a game in the competition while Mfantsipim made the quarterfinals after winning a protest against Keta Senior High.

Surprise packages at the ongoing competition Osu-PRESEC and Sacred Heart Technical Institute topped Group A and Group D in dominant fashion with an unblemished record at the preliminary stage.

Osu PRESEC takes on St. Thomas Aquinas Senior High in a quarterfinal tie between the Greater Accra Regional representatives.

Sacred Heart on the other hand, play 2016 winners St. Augustine’s College after ousting defending Champions Opoku Ware School from the competition.

Group C winners Pope John Senior High School and Adisadel College clash with Pope John aiming to extend its winning run in the competition to four.
