Following an encouraging offensive output in a 104-93 win for Austin Spurs in the NBA Gatorade League, Ghana Center Amida Brimah hit a low mark in the team’s latest game.

Amida, a well renowned shot blocker, recorded no blocks in his team’s 123-84 hammering of Agua Caliente Clippers last night.

His low key performance was underlined by scoring just two points, grabbing eight rebounds, registering an assist and turning the ball over three times.

This comes on the back of a 12 point performance in the 11 point win over Grand Rapids Drive in the last contest before taking one the Clippers.

His latest output is less likely to improve his averages for the season; the former University of Connecticut Center is averaging six points, 6.9 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game.

The chance to get his numbers back up comes early as Spurs prepares to play Salt Lake City Stars on Friday January 26.

Austin takes an eight win, five loss away record to the game.
