Austin Spurs clinched a dominant 123-84 win over Agua Caliente Clippers in the NBA Gatorade League game played last night.

The win away from its home arena in Austin, Texas is the team’s eighth for the season with five losses including a three point loss to Westchester Knicks.

While Spurs grabbed a big win, Ghana Center Amida Brimah’s performance was far from big as the shot blocking defender had a low key performance.

The 6 foot 11 inch player played 24 minutes but ended the contest scoring two points, grabbing eight rebounds and registering an assist.

Surprisingly, he failed to register a block in the game; he has been a constant leader in blocks for the team this season.

Canadian Guard Olivier Hanlan led the game with 25 points after converting four of five three point shot attempts and scoring all three free throws.

The Spurs road trip continues on Friday January 26 with a game against Salt Lake City Stars; the team will be hoping to extend it s three game winning run.
