The game has two teams yet to be beaten in the campaign face off with Lions winning two straight games and Heat winning all three games played this season.
Lions beat Tema Rockets 38-29 in the last round despite the absence of Elvis Pobi-Siaw, John Teye Okumoh and Dennis Dugbennu.
Heat on the other hand, clinched its third win the hard way battling hard to score a 49-48 win over time against Teshie Vikings in the last round.
Lions have been to the last two league finals only to fall short as Nungua Coldstore and Tema Community got the better of them to clinch the league title.
Heat on the hand, is yet to play in the latter rounds of the playoffs. Coldstore and Community 4 will be involved against Vikings and Rockets respectively.
