On Sunday April 29 at Tema’s Chinese Court, the finalists will be involved in Week 4 fixtures in the 2018 league season.
Lions take on Tema Heat in the biggest matchup of the round while Community 4 go up against Tema Rockets in the third of four games to be played at the venue.
Both teams are yet to be beaten this season with Community 4 recording a pair of wins over Akatsi Rifles to begin the season.
Ashaiman on the other hand beat Rockets 38-29 for its second win and hope to welcome absentees from the Rockets, John Teye Okumoh and Elvis Pobi-Siaw, back to the team.
Like Lions, Heat is yet to be beaten this season in three games and maintained the streak by clinching a nervy 49-48 win over Teshie Vikings in the last round.
Vikings play Nungua Coldstore in the opening game at 15:30 GMT and Teshie Rangers play Francophone Stars to round up the games.
