The upcoming weekend determines the winner of the 2017-2018 GSP Basketball League season with formers league winners battling for the crown.
2016 Champions Suncity Braves and 2017 winners University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) are neck and neck in the title race.
Both teams have won 11 in 13 games and have 24 points apiece; holding a better goal difference puts UENR on top of the league standings.
UENR takes on third place side Desert Rabbits who have had another improved campaign and stands to clinch a top three finish.
Braves on the other hand take on LIR Royals in another tough encounter with LIR sitting in fourth place three points behind Suncity.
Either Braves or UENR is on track to win a second league title to become the most successful team in the league’s short history.
Catholic University College, Ghana (CUCG) Saints play Barracks Scorpions while Sunyani Technical University takes on WestSiders on Saturday May 5 at the Eusbett Court in Sunyani.
