UENR won last season’s title

Braves (black)-LIR.
A season filled with shock results and great overall play comes down to this; a season finale with the league title in the balance.

Contenders for the 2018 season crown are former league winners University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) and Suncity Braves.

After winning last season’s title, UENR has the chance to be the first team in league history to record back to back championships.

Both teams are tied on 24 points from 11 wins in 13 games but UENR are in first place on the log due to a superior goal difference than Braves.

Adding to the excitement, both sides take on the remaining teams in the top four; third place Desert Rabbits and fourth ranked LIR Royals.

UENR is up against Rabbits with the latter fighting for what could be its highest finish in team history while 2016 winners Braves play Royals.

The games will be played at the Eusbett Court in Sunyani tonight and has Barracks Scorpions playing against CUCAG Saints and West Siders against Sunyani Technical University respectively.
