2015 Ghana Basketball Awards Tertiary Player of the Year Winner Romeo Wilfred Enan has heaped praise on Tunisia’s Basketball League.

The 14 team league recently wrapped up the 2017-2018 season with Etoile Rades beating US Monastir to the title. Rades and Monastir placed second and third respectively at the 2017 African Club Championship.

Speaking in an interview, the JS Manazeh Center singled out the league’s ability to improve players and its diversity for praise.

“The Tunisia League is very professional. Their gyms, their facilities, they have a lot of things to help the players. It is a very good league because it teaches you how to play basketball” he said.

The Ivorian International is holidaying in Ghana after his first season with Manazeh ended in a first round playoff exit.

Prior to joining Manazeh, Enan played in Nigeria for Kwara Falcons and Kano pillars and Braves of Customs in Ghana.

He exclusively stated he has signed for Tunisian side Dalia Sport Grombalia after completing his season with Manazeh.
