Police-Braves II to take place on Wednesday in Tudu

Ghana Police Service and Braves of Customs will be meeting for the second time in as many weeks later this week in the penultimate round of the Accra Basketball League (ABL).

Police beat Braves 49-46 in the ABL Women’s Division top liner this past weekend and the upcoming game will be played out in the Men’s Division I.

The game tips off at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu at 16:00 GMT on Wednesday June 13 with a lot to play for.

Heading to the game, Braves will be aiming at getting one over Police following its female side’s failure to do so days earlier.

That aside, Wednesday result will influence which team ends the 2018 first round in first place as either side is poised to do so.

Police has 13 points from winning six of seven games thus far this season while Braves is in sixth place with ten points from winning all five games.

Due to its participation in a week long competition in Kenya, Braves play Ghana Fire Service on Saturday to conclude the first round.
