However, the game between Braves of Customs and Ghana Police Service lacked the fireworks it promised but Braves walked away with a huge 90-52 win.
Braves dominated the opening phase of the game and proceeded to take its foot off the gas in the second half like it did over fierce rival Tema Youth in another double digit win.
Braves held a 65-32 lead at the end of the third quarter with Police’s best threat coming from Elvis Pobi-Siaw who converted three shots from deep.
Braves continued to pile on the points with Patrick Gomerli scoring off a beautiful assist from Daniel Aryee and Suleman Abubakar tipped in a rebound. Police found joy with conversions from deep with Zakaria Alhassan, Pobi-Siaw and Dickson hitting shots.
Braves Guard Jeffrey Djimatey drained back to back three pointers to stretch lead to 83-46 with two minutes to play. Dickson scored four straight points for Police to end game.
Braves maintain its winning run in the division and takes on Ghana Fire Service on Saturday at the same venue.
