Potential shake up in ABL Men’s Division

Police (white) v Magic
Braves (green) v Reformers
Magic v Braves (green)
Tema (white) v Police
Two Accra Basketball League (ABL) games will be played tonight at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu both involving defending champions Braves of Customs.

In the Men’s Division, Braves will be in action at 16:00 GMT against Ghana Police Service while its female side takes on Dunks Club.

While little change will happen in the Women’s Division irrespective of tonight’s result due to Police’s grip on first place, a lot of changes could happen in the Men’s Division.

Police is in first place in the division with 13 points but Braves are just three points behind with a game in hand after tonight’s matchup.

Braves play Ghana Fire Service on Saturday June 16 at the same venue and a win tonight means victory over Fire guarantees them top spot.

Should Braves lose to Police tonight but secure a win over Fire Service this weekend, it could be enough for first place as goal difference will be the deciding factor.

Braves are unbeaten in five games while Police has five wins in six games.
