Lebanon Court gets new look for CAP 7 Tourney

The host venue for the CAP 7 Memorial Basketball Tournament, Lebanon House Court in Tudu, has a new look ahead of the competition.

The tournament tips off later today and the playing surface has been given a major facelift with a new paint job from organizers.

CAP 7 has been put together to honour departed former Accra Basketball League (ABL) Chairman Benjamin Baafi who passed away a year ago.

Baafi also served as Chairman of the Greater Accra Basketball Association and Manager of Ghana’s National Teams after his playing career.

The tournament tips off today and is scheduled to end on Saturday September 22 with all games to be played on the green surface.

14 teams will feature in the competition with eight teams in the Male Division and six teams in the Women’s Division.

Ghana Police Service plays Ghana Fire Service in the opening game at 16:00 GMT in the Women’s Division before Tema Youth plays Warriors in the Male Division.

Three games will be played on Saturday.
