The 27 year old who was born in Tepa in Ghana’s Ashanti Region will return to the French Principality club for the 2019-2020 season.

After a brief stint in the NBA’s Gatorade League with Long Island Nets-Brooklyn Nets affiliate in the Development League-Ouatarra returned to France and teamed up with Monaco.
