Braves of Customs finally got to honour top games in the 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL) in midweek games after several postponements.

Customs topped Adenta Leopards 66-65 in the Men’s Division I with Braves getting the winning basket from veteran Guard Patrick Gamerli’s three point shot.

The game was scheduled originally to be played on this past weekend but power failure at the venue forced league officials to postpone the game.

Braves Female team led Ghana Police Service 29-27 early in the third quarter but the game was forced to end due to the power outage at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

When the game was played in full, Braves secured a 45-38 win over Police for its second win in the regular season to close the series.

Braves also boast a 31-29 win over Police in the CAP7 Memorial Tournament final to complete a trio of wins over its closest rival this season.

Ghana Fire Service ended Reformers of Prisons quest for a two game winning run beating Prisons 62-54 in the Women’s Division.
