For the second straight year, Braves of Customs has ended the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I regular season with suffering a loss.

Braves achieved this feat after winning all 16 games played in the just ended 2019 campaign; Tema Youth’s exciting game against Reformers of Prisons at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu on Monday, October 21 concluded the season. Tema won 87-78.

Perennial league winners Braves splendid run ensured the team clinched the top seed heading to the playoffs which determines the winner of this season’s league.

Braves recorded 32 maximum points six more than second seed Adenta Leopards recorded. Ghana Fire Service ranks third with 25 points with Tema rounding out the top four with the same number of points.

Newly promoted Adabraka CYO narrowly missed out on a playoffs spot due to Tema’s win last night; CYO ended the season with eight wins in 16 games.

Kawukudi Warriors, Ghana Police Service and Reformers ranked in the bottom three. Below is a breakdown of the end of season standings:
