Braves of Customs Forward Daniel Aryee missed out on scoring in double figures for the first time in the ongoing Basketball Africa League (BAL) qualifiers.

In a 46-64 loss to Nigelec Basketball from Niger in the Group B matchup, Aryee scored nine points and added two assists and five rebounds in 27 minutes.

Aryee was one of several Braves players who failed to crack the double digit mark in scoring in the low scoring game against the team from Niger.

Daniel Ayarna was the only Braves player who scored in double digits (11) in the game as Customs lost for the third time in the qualifiers.

Prior to the loss to Nigelec, Aryee had registered double digit marks in games against ASPAC from Benin and Pythons from Liberia.

Veteran Forward Aryee scored 18 and 15 points respectively in those games and is averaging 14 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists in three games.

Aryee is likely to play in Braves final qualification game against Abidjan Basket from Ivory Coast on Saturday, November 2.
