Fire trailed Police 13-22 at the end of the first half but got six straight points from Forward Theresa Dodoo to reduce Fire’s deficit to 21-31 with 3:50 minutes left to play.

Police’s Sadat Balkisu and Mavis Matey ended the run to put Police up 38-25 heading to the final quarter.

Zinatu Musah buried a trio of three point shots and teammate Christiana Ayebeng added a couple of jump shots for Police.
