Basketballghana.com can confirm Ghana born French International Basketball player Yakuba Ouattara will feature for Coosur Real Betis in the team’s first game in the 2020-2021 season.

Betis is set to play Joventut tonight at 17:15 GMT with Coosur the last team in the league to kick off its latest campaign in the Endesa League.

The remaining teams in the league have played at least a game this season with the likes of Barcelona and Baskonia playing and winning a pair of games thus far.

Ouattara has been named in the starting unit where he plays alongside fellow Guards TJ Campbell and Puerto Rican International James Feldeine.

The 6 foot 3 inch player is expected to play as an undersized Small Forward with Senegal International Youssou Ndoye at Center and Australian Nick Kay at Power Forward.

Ouattara moved to Coosur this offseason after a five year run with French side AS Monaco; he had brief stint at NBA Gatorade League side Long Island Nets.

He was born in Tepa in Ghana’s Ashanti Region.
