Nathan Mensah

Basketballghana.com gathers budding Ghanaian basketball player Nathan Mensah is in line to compete in his first basketball game since December 2019 as San Diego State University Men’s Basketball Team prepares to compete on November 25.

The upcoming mini tournament represents the first set of games for San Diego in the 2020-2021 regular season; The Aztecs are coming off a 2019-2020 season where the team bagged 30 wins and two losses.

Competing in the tournament later this month would represent Mensah’s chance to play in a competitive basketball since respiratory illness forced him to shut his campaign down in the past season after just 13 games.

He has recovered and is expected to start at the Center position and continue to improve on his 6.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game averages.

This month’s tournament is to be played without fans due to COVID 19 restrictions.
