Ghana Forward Ben Bentil has moved to Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul after sealing a move from Panathinaikos Basketball Club this offseason.

The latest move from the Ghanaian player however, sees him exit the EuroLeague Championship since Bahcesehir finished in 10th place in the Turkish League last season.

6 foot 8 inch Bentil has competed in Europe’s premier continental tournament the past couple of years during his time at Panathinaikos. In both seasons, Panathinaikos missed out on progressing to the knockout stage.

In the 2020-2021 season, Bentil averaged 6.0 points and 2.6 rebounds in 15.9 minutes across 31 EuroLeague games for Panathinaikos.

Bentil was a key man off the bench as the Athens based club won the league and Greek Cup title double this past season; he won the 2019-2020 league title in his debut season at Panathinaikos.
