Flames committed several turnovers and failed to hit shots from all over the court; the league’s midway comes with a break and league action is set to return on Tuesday, September 7.

Accra Flames beat Ghana Airforce Jets 50-46 but missed out scoring a second win in a row after falling 39-57 to Adenta Wolves on August 12 at the aforementioned league venue.

Prior to its sole win of the season thus far, Flames lost 46-67 to Icons Basketball Academy; this season’s league format change means the 15 competing teams in the division have been spread across three groups with five teams in each group.

Flames is in Group C.
