“The Disciplinary Committee of the Accra Basketball League sat today to consider the complaint made by Tusk Foundation made on the match against the Army Basketball Team. A report on the match by the referees of the match and video evidence of the match and incidents thereafter were also considered.”
“The Committee will therefore give hearing to interested parties in due course and appropriate sanctions, if necessary will be applied. We will therefore appeal to the basketball family to allow the processes of the association to follow this issue to its logical conclusion. Any supposed delays are not due to the association’s inability to handle issues but to follow due process.”
