On the back of solid performance in the Belgian league, Ghana Center Amida Brimah would be hoping for a similar or better performance when he plays later tonight in the FIBA Basketball Champions League game tonight.

At 19:30 GMT, Filou Oostende plays Strasbourg in a crucial game for the Oostende who need to win to stay in the hunt for qualification to the next round.

After signing for Filou late in November, Amida made his Champions League debut in a 77-83 loss to Turkish side Tofas with Brimah registering four points, six rebounds, four blocks and two turnovers in 22:30 minutes for Oostende. (Click highlighted text to watch game highlights)

However, he rebounded strongly to produce 14 points, five rebounds, two assists and a block in 18 minutes off the bench in Oostende’s 80-78 win over Brussels in the Belgian League.

Former Indiana Pacers defender Brimah’s performance over the past weekend in the league suggests he is getting comfortable in his new surroundings after joining the team under a month ago.
