Amoafo played 20 minutes as a starter registering 10 points, nine rebounds, an assist and a blocked shot; he was just a rebound short of producing a double double.
The 6 foot 7 inch player missed out on both free throw attempts but did score five of six two point shot attempts as teammate Alexander Dewar led all players with 27 points.
Amoafo was one of only three players for the Huskies to score in double figures while Carleton held a sizable advantage in rebounding as the Ravens recorded 54 rebounds against Saskatchewan’s 36.
This was the Huskies second ever national title game appearance with the first coming in 2010; by beating Saskatchewan, Carleton win its third national title in a row.
