Basketballghana.com can report Ghana Forward Reggie Agbeko has led Zornotza to its latest win in the 2021-2022 LEB Silver West Conference standings in the Spanish lower tier.
In a low scoring 59-49 win for Zornotza over Moron, Agbeko delivered 12 points and three rebounds in 20 minutes off the bench. His dozen points outing led all players in the contest.
The 6 foot 7 inch Forward scored six of seven two point shot attempts but missed his sole free throw shot attempt; all three of Agbeko’s rebounds came on the defensive side of the court.
He and Mendia Borja were the only Zornotza players to score in double figures in a game that had Moron score only four of 24 three point shots while Zornotza scored seven of 28 three pointers.
Thanks to the win, Zornotza has 17 wins and seven losses and ranks second in the West standings behind Ourense’s 17 wins and six losses. Zornotza plays seventh ranked Navarra on Wednesday, April 6.
