The RITE Sports Limited powered Basketball Honours is scheduled to be held at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly -AMA- Headquarters next month.

The Award ceremony is an upcoming event steered towards honouring stakeholders [direct and indirect] in the Ghanaian basketball space that have contributed to the growth of the sport in the West African nation.

The program takes place at 18;00 GMT on Friday, June 17 with several players, coaches, administrators set to be recognized for their immense input in the sport.

The Award ceremony’s theme is, ‘celebrating players, coaches, groups and organizations for their outstanding performances and contributions to the sport’.

Outstanding performers in basketball events organized by RITE Sports are to be the toast of the night; RITE Sports is the organizer of the biggest High School Basketball competition in Ghana, Sprite Ball Xpressions since 2007.

The award winning firm also organizes the Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges [UPAC] Basketball Championship. The UPAC was launched in 2011 for tertiary students-athletes.
