Photo Courtesy: Knights can confirm Spintex Knights Basketball Club will compete later today in the 2022 Tournoi International Basketball Tournament third place matchup.

The game sees Knights paired against Africa Sports Basketball Club at 13:00 GMT at the Palais des sports Treichville in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

Knights head into the contest with a win and a loss in two games played thus far in the competition that has eight teams drawn from the West African sub region competing in.

Spintex beat SEWE Sport 102-91 in the opening game but lost 81-86 to Societe Omnisports des Armels in the follow up game played on Saturday, July 23. (Click highlighted text to watch game highlights)

Knights will be looking to close out its campaign on a high note before heading to Ghana on Monday, July 25 as stated by Club Co-Founder Dr. Eric Opoku-Antwi in an interview before moving to Ivory Coast.

On its return, Knights Club has a final series against Nungua Coldstore to determine the winner of the 2022 Tema Community Basketball League. The team competes in the Accra Basketball League Men’s Division II as well and is unbeaten in 10 games.
