With barely 13 days left for season-2 of Community Dunks 2010, the eight participating communities have began preparations in earnest ahead of what is expected to be a thrilling one-month tournament.

Basketballghana.com checks indicate all the teams have zoomed into serious training ahead of the U-18 basketball championship with eyes firmly gripped on the ultimate title.

This year’s competition is expected to be keenly fought with Ridge touted as the side capable unseating Cantonment, the defending champs. But new entrants Fadama have showed over the past year they’re a solid side after recording some decent results during recent friendlies. They’re regarded as the dark horses of this year’s competition and will give the other communities, Legon, Tema, Ashaiman, Maamobi-Kawukudi a good run for their money.
