Opoku Ware School managed a comfortable 18 points win over sworn rivals Prempeh College to set-up a mouth-watering semi-final clash against Ketasco.
‘Akatakyie’ were simply awesome, making nonsense of Prempeh’s impressive run in the group phase to dish out another gallant display to beat them 33-15 in front of a charged crowd.
Hugely regarded as the biggest High School rivalry in Ghana, the Ashanti regional giants sold out an exciting contest at the El-Wak stadium.
OWASS have thus set-up an enthralling semi-final contest against Ketasco with Bompeh taken on Mfantsipim in another explosive contest.
