DC Dynamics beat Ghana Navy’s Basketball team 38-35 in a friendly game played yesterday at the Lebanon House in Ghana’s capital, Accra as the team steps up preparations for the Greater Accra Men’s Division I Basketball League.

The league will commence on May 5 after the original date, April 22mcould not be met due to technical appraisals which had yet to be completed at the time. The game is the latest scrimmage for the Dansoman-based side as it gears itself to mark its’ debut in the league.


Dynamics Coach Feranmi Olulonyo, who expressed disappointment following his team’s 36-38 loss to reigning Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges (UPAC) Basketball Championship winners University of Ghana (UG) welcomed the win.

Dynamics will make its’ debut in the league against Airforce with games against Rangers and Reformers to follow in subsequent weeks. However, Tema Youth’s game against Fire will be the opening game of the new season.
Reigning champions Braves of CEPS begins its’ title defense against Rangers in the second week.
