Following a comfortable 47-33 win over Fire Service in the Accra Basketball League Women’s Division games, defending champions Braves of Customs cemented its place at the standings summit with 16 points.
The only unbeaten side for the season holds a three point advantage over nearest rivals Galaxy who benefitted from Air Force inactivity in the round and a close 32-31 win over Reformers of Prisons.
Having played a game less, Air Force sits in third place ahead of Reformers due to a superior goal difference.
The final two spots in the standings are occupied by Fire Service and Navy. Both have combined for 14 losses in the season.
