Game 3 of the Tema Community Basketball League third place matchup between Community 12 and Flashlights of Tema New Town was not honored as originally scheduled as the game got called off by league officials.

The decision to call off the bronze medal decider is yet to be confirmed by the league board following inquiries by Basketballghana.com. However, further revelations point to giving teams time to prepare for the upcoming All-Star Tournament somewhere in December later this year.

The tournament is set to have top performers from the league compete in the Christmas festivities.
Community 12 and Flashlights were scheduled to play in the final game of the series on Sunday November 13 at the Tema Community 4 Court as the series was tied after two games.

Flashlights won the first game 39-33 but lost 65-70 in Game 2 prior to the cancellation.

Nungua Coldstore emerged champions by winning two straight games in the series against Ashaiman Lions with a 47-37 Game 2 win clinching the title for the side. Coldstore Forward Kwame Boamah Djan was named Most Valuable Player of the league with Lions Carl Kuzagbe earning Defensive Player honors.
