DEROZANFriday night was a bumper night in he NBA with all 30 teams playing. It naturally featured some great action and saw Russell Westbrook get yet another 30-point triple-double this season.

Thunder come back to beat Nuggets

OKC beat the Denver Nuggets 132-129 on the back of Russell Westbrook’s 36-point, 12-rebound, 18-assist triple-double. Nigerian-American Victor Oladipo had 26 points, four rebounds, seven assists and three steals while Joffrey Lauvergne finished with 15 points and four rebounds.

Wilson Chandler led the Nuggets with a 32-point, 11-rebound double-double, Jameer Nelson had a 21-point, 13-assist double-double and Jamal Murray ended the game with 20 points and seven rebounds.

Pistons overcome Clippers

The LA Clippers suffered their third defeat of the season at the hands of the Detroit Pistons, 97-108. Andre Drummond had a 16-point, 10-rebound double-double, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope also had a double-double with 16 points and 10 assists, while Ish Smith finished with 16 points, two rebounds and seven assists.

The Clippers were led by Blake Griffin with 24 points, three rebounds and four assists, JJ Redick also had 24 points, while Jamal Crawford ended the night with 14 points, five rebounds and four assists.

Warriors thump Lakers in LA

The Golden State Warriors beat the LA Lakers for the second time in their second game in a row. The game ended 109-85. The Warriors were led by Kevin Durant with 29 points, six rebounds and nine assists, MVP Stephen Curry had 24 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Klay Thompson finished with 18 points and seven rebounds.

Jordan Clarkson had 20 points, two rebounds and five steals for the Lakers, Lou Williams had 13 points, three rebounds and two assists, while Sudanese forward Luol Deng ended the game with four points, four rebounds and four assists.

Raptors claw Bucks

The Toronto Raptors beat the Milwaukee Bucks 105-99. DeMar DeRozan led the Raptors with 26 points, seven rebounds and four assists, Kyle Lowry had 19 points, five rebounds and six assists and DeMarre Carroll had 14 points, one rebound and an assist.

Greek-Nigerian Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with a 29-point, 11-rebound double-double, Tony Snell had 16 points and three rebounds, wile Jabari Parker finished with 14 points and four rebounds.

Rockets explode to win over Kings

The Houston Rockets beat the Sacramento Kings 117-104. James Harden had a 23-point, 10-rebound and 10-assist triple-double, Trevor Ariza had 18 points, nine rebounds and three assists with Swiss-Congolese Clint Capela finished with a 17-point, 10 rebound double-double.

DeMarcus Cousins led the Kings with 32 points and nine rebounds, Matt Barnes had 12 points and three rebounds, while Kosta Koufos finished with 10 points and five rebounds.

In the rest of last night’s games, the San Antonio Spurs beat the Boston Celtics 109-103, The Washington Wizards beat the Orlando Magic 94-91, the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Dallas Mavericks 128-90, the New York Knicks edged the Charlotte Hornets 113-111, the Chicago Bulls beat the Philadelphia 76ers 105-89, the Utah Jazz thumped the Atlanta Hawks 95-68, the Miami Heat beat the Memphis Grizzlies 90-81, the Indiana Pacers got the better of the Brooklyn Nets 118-97, the Minnesota Timberwolves overcame the Phoenix Suns 98-85, and the Portland Trail Blazers beat the New Orleans Pelicans 119-104.
