When Raptors 905 take on Fort Wayne Mad Ants at the latter’s home arena- Allen County War Memorial Coliseum-later tonight, Ghana Forward Ben Bentil will look forward to continue his recent offensive uptick.

The versatile front man who struggled to score upon his return to the NBA Development League following a two month stint in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) finally got back to his usual self as he scored 31 points in a 132-125 win over Erie BayHawks.

Prior to his best game since returning to the team from Xinjiang Guanghui Flying Tigers in the CBA, Bentil struggled to score particularly from the three point line.

He needed just 29 minutes to pace the game in scoring as he went on to register all his points in the second half and overtime after coming off the bench.

Having seen a host of players ink contracts in the NBA in recent weeks, Bentil’s return to form spells good fortune for the 2016 NBA Draft 51st overall pick who has had a roller coaster start to his professional career.

He is set to come up against a Raptors side that features former Draft picks Bruno Caboclo and Edy Tavares.
