Enan in action for Pillars at the African Championship in Egypt.

Enan delivers dunk.
Ironing out the fine details between Kano Pillars and Kwara Falcons has prevented star Center Romeo Enan from playing in the ongoing 2017 Kwese Nigeria Premier Basketball League season.

The Ivorian player finished last season in fourth place with Kwara Falcons but was drafted into Pillars roster for the team’s Africa Club Championship campaign in Egypt.

The complex nature of the negotiations has prevented last season’s Most Valuable Player of the Year nominee from taking the court for the 2017 season.

In an interview with Basketballghana.com, Enan stated, “so many things at the same time so a little bit confusing”.

However, he was confident the situation will be sorted as early as the second week in May. Both Pillars and Falcons entered the season without Enan’s name on either team’s roster.

Both teams earned wins in the previous round with Pillars beating Niger Potters 83-63 while Falcons topped Delta Force 81-47.
