The game is the final fixtures scheduled for the round in the Tema Community Basketball League with Ashaiman Lions taking on Ghana Police and Teshie Rangers go up against Korle-Bu Kings in Group A.
Don Bosco Giants play against AK Rifles in the Group B opener before C2 plays Navy.
Both teams are in search of a win to steady their respective seasons in the lead up the game. Navy is just a week away from returning to compete in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I second round and needs to build enough winning momentum to register wins and avoid relegation.
On the other hand, C2 will be in for a win after losing to bitter rival Community 4 in the previous round. Despite having a sizable lead, C2 lost the final minutes of the game on the back of dead eye shooting from C4 from the arc.
