The second half of the 2017 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division season has been scheduled to commence on June 15 with games set to be played at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

Ahead of the commencement date, teams will be permitted to register new players for the upcoming round to bolster their roster.

The registration period starts June 1 and ends June 12.

The first round, which comprised of two separate mini halves, is yet to end as Ghana Navy has an outstanding game to play against University of Ghana (UG); the tie is set to take place on Thursday June 1.

This season has had five teams compete very well in the division as Tudu Galaxy leads the standings followed closely by defending champions Braves of Customs in second place.

University of Ghana sits bottom of the standings having won three games thus far in the season.
