The 2018 edition of the Private Universities Sports Association Games (PUSAG) will be held on April 2 per information reaching Basketballghana.com

The multi sport competition is an annual event that brings together athletes from Ghana’s sizable Private Universities to compete.

This year’s edition is set to commence on Monday April 2 and come to an end on Friday April 6 in Ghana’s Ashanti Region capital Kumasi.

Athletes will participate in disciplines including football, table tennis, track and field, tennis, volley ball and hockey.

Basketball has for many years been the main attraction at the games with several talented teams participating in the event.

Back to back winners Marshalls University College lead the pack after clinching the title in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

The likes of Radford University College, Islamic University College, Ghana Technology University College and Central University have impressed in previous editions.

In the female division, 2016 winners Valley View University and Pentecost University College are the led names heading to next month’s event.
