Two time league finalist Ashaiman Lions take on Teshie Rangers in the opening game at 15:00 GMT; Lions won the December pre season competition and is looking forward to another preseason trophy.
Tema Heat play Akatsi Rifles in the next game with last season’s bronze medal winners Heat expected to clinch a win in its first outing.
Tema Community 2 take on Ghana Police in the third game of the round before Coldstore play Community 4.
Both teams missed the December competition due to varied reasons and tonight’s game marks the maiden appearance for either side since the completion of last season’s campaign.
