Both teams have been drawn in Zone 7 alongside University of Professional Studies (UPSA) and Islamic University College on Saturday March 24.
However, ahead of the zonal games, the two sides squared off in the final game of the ROX Energy Independence Charity Basketball Jam played on March 6.
Marshalls piped GTUC 22-21 to win the tournament albeit controversially as play had to be stopped several times as tensions rose.
2017 UPAC Silver medalist Marshalls got pegged back on many occasions in the game as GTUC played extremely well.
However, Marshalls made the most of free throws gained from technical fouls slapped on GTUC to tie the score and grab the lead.
Host UPSA placed third in the competition; only zonal winners progress to the next stage of the UPAC Championship which will be held in April.
