Defending NBA Gatorade League Champions Raptors 905 has qualified to play in the 2017-2018 Finals after securing a 118-106 win over Erie BayHawks.

The win ensures Raptors clinch a second straight Eastern Conference title and in the upcoming week, the team has a big chance to win its second consecutive G League title.

The three game final series starts on Sunday April 8 at the HEB Center in Texas where Raptors take on Austin Spurs before games continue on April 10 and if necessary, April 13.

Spurs clinched the Western Conference title courtesy a 104-93 win over South Bay Lakers and will be playing for the league title since last wining it 2012.

Winning the title will be the first for Ghana Center Amida Brimah since he turned professional after graduating from University of Connecticut in 2017.

The 6 foot 11 inch Center has played a key role off the bench for Austin protecting the rim with his league leading blocks tally.

Raptors are coached by former NBA player Jerry Stackhouse.
