Defending Tema Basketball League Champions Tema Community 4 are yet to be beaten in three games this season and will be playing its fourth game this weekend.
Community 4 faces its toughest challenge to date in Francophone Stars on Sunday May 6 with the league’s new entrant proving to be a handful.
Judging by Francophone’s two wins in three games and an exhilarating performance in an overtime loss to Nungua Coldstore, C4 is in for a big battle.
Community 4 has won a pair of games against Akatsi Rifles and delivered a commanding performance in a 50-20 win over Tema Rockets in the last round.
This is one of four games to be played at Tema’s Community 4 Court; Rockets play Tema Community 2 in the opening game at 15:30 GMT.
Neither side has registered a win yet in the season and Ashaiman Lions play Teshie Rangers with Lions gunning for a straight win while Coldstore squares off against Rifles to round off competition this weekend.
