The upcoming games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) will be played at the Prisons Court in Cantonments later this week.

This follows two action packed rounds held at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu including the special round which honored departed league chairman Benjamin Baafi.

Originally, six games were scheduled to be played at the venue starting Thursday July 19 but the potential absence of Reformers of Prisons could have five games end on Saturday July 21.

League leader Ghana Police Service is heavily favored to extend its winning run to nine games in the campaign against Dunk on Friday; the team is yet to lose a game.

Police leads the division with 16 points while Dunk is on the opposite end of the six team standings with eight points from recording a win in seven games.

Second placed Braves of Customs play Ghana Fire Service in the first game of the round on Thursday at 16:00 GMT.

The game will be followed by a matchup between Fire’s Male side and Tudu Magic in the Men’s Division with both teams coming off losses.

Leaders Braves play on Saturday against Police.
