Ghana Police Service’s 67-54 win over Navy Warriors in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I has improved the team’s point tally for the season.

The team has 25 points after inflicting a ninth loss of the 2018 campaign on Navy Warriors in the past round of games played at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

The just concluded round was largely disrupted by bad weather and an avoidable clash of schedule with co-tenants of the facility.

League leaders Braves of Customs game against Reformers of Prisons and DC Dynamics matchup against Tudu Magic were called off as a result.

Beating Warriors gives Police 10 wins in 15 games and breathing room from close rivals Adenta Leopards and Tema Youth.

Leopards and Youth have two and three games fewer than Police and rank third and fourth respectively in the standings.

No games will be played this week as teams relocate to Cape-Coast for this year’s “After 7 Fetu Afahy3” Basketball Competition. Below is a full breakdown of the standings:
